BigCommerce backs up its platform. It does not back up your decisions.
Their backups exist so the platform survives a disaster. They will not return the product you deleted on Tuesday, the prices an import overwrote, or the category tree an app rearranged. A CSV export will not either — it carries no images, no pages, no blog posts, no menus, no theme.
