Why there is a product ceiling
Order volume is the band everyone recognises, so it is the band we publish. But it is not what we pay for: a 500-order store with 200,000 products and a year of image versions costs far more to hold than a 3,000-order store with 500 products. Pricing on orders alone would mean the second store paying for the first. The ceiling keeps the comparison familiar and the economics honest.
